Re: SET(M) tomorrow. Can husband come to Lunar house with me?

Many thanks for your response Casa!

He went with me for the frl(m) but we were both so excited and confused that day that we simply can't remember why he ended up waiting outside during the whole process. So I though I would double check this time.

Thanks again.

SET(M) tomorrow. Can husband come to Lunar house with me?

Hi all,

I have my application at Croydon tomorrow but not sure if my husband will be allowed in with me as he is not applying and therefore I did not put his name down while filling the online booking form.

Thanks

1- The lady should write a letter (or you write it and make her sign) to explain that she is your friend and will always be there for you etc, that's why she is committed to help you so you will never be in trouble financially. UKBA usually require proofs like pay slips or bank statements of the per...

Yes. To be on the safe side just copy everything. You can not be penalised if there are too many copies but you can have problems if they expected a copy that you did not provide. It is much better to spend that little extra time and money in fotocopy than having your application delayed or refused ...

boonoochoupi - thank you for your reply. On the UKBA website it states - you must send a copy of every original document you submit. But I am not sure if they want a photocopy of every single document or only all official documents such as bank statements. This is what confuses me. Perhaps you appl...

Hello I personnaly provided no copies of any document at all. It can help the immigration officer to be faster in his job and you can have a copy of each document you sibmited if there is a problem in the future. However, It is not a requirement to submit originals and copies. Only originals are man...

I had the same situation (from tier 4 though). They did not want any more document on the day and we have been waiting 10 days and this morning, they called to say the further checks were done and everything is ok and I can come to collect my documents. If they told you about any specific doubt on t...

FRL(M) same-day application,what further enquiries?

Hi all, I'm switching from Tier 4 using FRL(M). We used same-day service but they said they keep the application for further enquiries (1-2weeks!). We've been married for a month but actually together for like 2 years. We provided: -wedding and honeymoon pictures and paperwork -pictures and bookings...
