Am at wits end here someone help one of my friends who received letter requesting passport size photos and other detals just got response today and it was in the positive. My concern i actually got mine a couple of weeks before theres and i have not got a response yet could that be a negative sign??...

You can claim it. It wont be a problem because you are resident here abet you are still waiting your appeal decision in fact they will have no choice but to give you the papers.

I have asked many people (solicitors included) why at some point the HO might ask for passport size photos, maybe along with a form to fill in with you current circumstances etc. I am not sure if all who might be asked for passport size photos have received similar forms as a request from the HO to ...

It has been dismissed i see it was more about relying on decisions that where positive for others whilst similar ones where against the individual.
More like a near miss if you ask me. so what are the implications of such a judgement for those in the know please advise.

If you have been reporting says once a month at the reporting centre, when you cant make it on a particular day you call in and they tell you to normally come in as soon as possible when you able.
