I have so many facebook messages i dont even know what months to printscreen. We talk everyday on facebook you see.

City and guilds is the company name and yes he passed the tests got the certificate in his house at it arrived late but the office printed something else out and stamped it as proof to show he did pass the speaking test but i guess they wanted to see the certificate.

When my husband submitted the documents we gave the originals and copy of everything. I have also got a copy of all documents and the solicitor has a copy too so all together my solicitor made 3 copies

Okay he basically has original copy of bank statements and a letter from his employer, i'll get him to photocopy these himself and when he goes in to hand the documents to tell them one set is originals and one set is photocopies, they can put it in the right order themselves cant they or will husba...

Maternity Allowance

After submitting all documents for spouse visa in Pakistan i have now taken maternity leave from work (at 35 weeks pregnant) and I am entitled to Maternity Allowance. Am i allowed to claim this while applying for husbands spouse visa?

In my opinion mentioning the brother sending money back to the parents from Saudi would simply show less reason for your husband to return to continue financial support for his parents...as you say he does at present. I don't believe you need to add the information about his brother's work in Dubai...

It won't make any difference. The ECO will want to see evidence of strong ties to your husband's home country and as you, his wife, are living in the UK this may be difficult. A letter from his employer will add some strength to the application, but the question may be asked as to how your husband ...
