Does your husband has recourse to public funds? If not he can't apply for working tax credit. You applying for child tax credit and adding his name is different from him applying for wtc and adding your name. im not sure what you mean sorry? On his visa it says no recourse to public funds. I had my spouse visa appeal heart in court on 20th december which is just over 2 weeks ago.
Roughly when can I expect to hear a reply/letter from them letting us know if my husbands visa has been granted?

I basically want to ask what does it mean in the letter when it says:

When I first sent off for my appeal I included a letter of support about the points they refused us on. Should I include this in my bundle I send off for the court hearing or is it better for me to make a new one stating why I think my husband should get his visa. I am so confused now :S
