5 years (-28days) from first UK stamp (i.e. visa valid date)

or

5 years (-28days) from first entry date into the UK( date of 1st immigration stamp in the UK)

which is right ?
obviously we have that 90 day rule as well?

I don't think you can use the form

it clearly states that SET 0 FORM , version 07/2014, must be used for applications made on or after 21st July 2014.

HI Shumailakamran, My case is similar to yours, me and my partner will be applying soon for ILR, my problem is cohabitation. since we live in a flat where all bills are paid for including gas/electricity/water/council tax. so all we got in joint name are bank statement/marriage certificate/provision...

so even though I came 25 days late after visa stamping in india..I don't have to apply for extension...

so I still qualify to apply on or after 3 jan 2015 for ILR

answers to your questions: 1. under 10 year rule, there is no chance that you both can apply, the main applicant can only apply under 10 year rule for ILR and also you cant apply for it directly at PEO, you can only apply via postal application and it will take nearly 6 month for decision from UKBA....
