Best advice I can give is be a nuisance.

Pester BHC Delhi, your local MP, your solictor and ANO.

At the end of the day they are all doing a job just like you and me, and when u r consistently chased for something, you end up just dealing with the issue so you can't stop getting bothered!

@skaur

I appealed this week and I am being advised by my solictor as my case is very straight forward I can expect to hear back in 2-3 weeks.

I agree, as I am positive my refusal will be overturned in the review stage.

What are your thoughts?

When a appeal is sent dod you have to resend the original application with supporting documents. Or just the appeal form and any supporting documents justifying your appeal?

Dear all,

Silly question;

When a appeal is lodged do you re-submitt your application and supporting documents in it entirety along with appeal form, or just the appeal form along with supporting documents which relate to the appeal?

Thank you

Common sense makes me think the main reason for appeals are opportunities to show you fulfill required criteria to be granted the visa. The fact that you can provide supporting to show you meet English requirement there is no way I believe why the shouldn't overturn original decision. There is no wa...
