oh, actually in a way, it is good news, the reason for the payment has not been taken is due to the slow speed of the UKBA , was not due to any mistakes that we may have made with our payment method. hi, Softmind82 and Anotherbrickinthewall, I am having the same experience as well. What payment method did you use? Card/Cheque/postal order/banker's draft? would you guys please post updates about how things develop, ie , when you receive the Acknowledgement letter, when the payment has been taken....

how about the payment? what method did you use to pay the fee? Are you fully qualified, or still 1 or 2 months short? My partner has submitted his new ILR on 4th July and money was debited on 6th July. Acknowledgement letter received couple of days after. Wow thats really fast. All the best chorc123...

Have you contacted the UKBA? what did they say? I posted mine on the 7th July, paid by Cheque, so far, havent heard from them yet, money is not taken from my bank account either. thanks Keyrun, but Why Banker's draft is Payable to the Home Office not to the Home Office Leave to Remain any more? If I want to pay by Bankers draft, should I pay it to the Home Office or Home Office Leave to Remain ?

Banker's draft is Payable to the Home Office
Cheques Payable to the home Office Leave to Remain

So, who should I may it to??? Home Office
or Home Office Leave to Remain?
