Hi I just want to say am in the same situation because I left my mother house to work in another state( Birmingham) for four months my visa was revoked so one has to be very careful because I left I was classed as not dependant on my mum

My mum is an Eu National with permanent residence card, I am applying for my own permanent stay now do I need to send proof of address for five years for myself and her or just me as she already has a document certifying permanent resident in the UK. Thanks in advance

If you are an EEA national, then both EEA regulation and Immigration rules are applicable. If you wish to go for immihration rules, this will be subject to you meeting the financial and accommodation requirement. Hi I live in Manchester I live 2 streets away from my mum we see like everyday,am in college and my bank statement and school letters still goes to my mum place.do u think that's ok I haven't left the uk for 5years now not even for an holiday my mum is been working for 5 years till date.

Hi

Hi all am in the same situation my mum is my eea sponsor and am due my PR in January 2013 but the problem is that have not lived with her for 2years now dont know if this would be a problem when applying for my PR cos I hear I need to live with her continuosly for 5 hrs.is this right

I think you should get a solicitor to write to them or perhaps do so yourself. What have you done so far to get their attention? I have faxed,emailed called and even gotten mu mp involved all to no avail.called them today since it's 8 months now.I was told it's still in process.am so sick of waitin...
