None that I know of. Someone said two people but he did not get back to give their circumstances when we asked him to. We can count on that. We will wait and see. I believe most of the people working for UKBA at the moment are contract temps they pay £6.50.. I believe what they give them is tick sh...

remember: since your now married to an EEA national, with proof that it is not a marriage of convenience (child together) they cannot do anything... DONT WORRY! - much like my wife you are in a much happier situation than a lot of zambrano cases - by where their attempts at removal will fail for ob...

Hello everyone, did anyone watch the programme on BBC 1 about immigration on Monday? Paranoma investigation I think? Well I am shocked to see how the ukba is planning to clear all the back logs, it just shows that mist people with genuine reasons to stay in the country might be refused, just because...

I would say if you have no other leave to remain, UKBA WILL HOLD YOUR PASSPORT IF THEY RECEIVE IT. This is the basis for many of my complaints with them... They have also withheld our marriage certificate, due to the obvious Singh route - which they are aware we clearly know about. I say UKBA WILL ...

Prince you are not pessimistic, you are just stating the facts, no one has gotten zambrano without an appeal yet, so now I am thinking of ways to prove to ukba, that my ex-partner can't look after my child, since every area has been covered except that.

Take heart my sister,it is well.Court is the best place for all Zambrano cases as the HO are not ready to issue any DRC yet.A judge will look at the evidence at hand and the fact that you are the dorminant carer.don't forget to send the case law of omutunde with your appeal bundle.you will have the...

Re: Zambrano application refused

Update: I have today received a decision from UKBA on my application for a Zambrano derivative right of residence card. Unfortunately, but not unsurprisingly, this application has been rejected. The application has been refused on the basis that I am not considered to be the primary carer of my dau...

A solicitor I chatted with online said ways of demonstrating sole care for a Zambrano application would be getting bills in your name to your address and proving that the child lives with you ie letters addressed to the child in the same adress such as NHS appointment letters. Some of the appointme...

Then I guess there will be a problem.. what about people not in contact with their exes, and I am sure my ex doesn't have a mental problem.. so they will have to come up with a better reason, cos I am ready to drag them through hell and back, to get some sort of stay...

Ok then you can apply again now , before it was based on being a"sole carer" now you can apply as a primary carer, with the DRF1 form... And you put in all the proofs , to show you are responsible for the child, you are directly related to the child, and your child will have to leave the c...

Well this is what I see, whether he lives in the UK or not, doesn't stop her from being the primary carer, so she can still be granted DRC if she can still prove she is the one doing everything for the child... And I really don't think she should forward the email to ukba, because it might seem to t...
