Proof that they have received your application, with or without a right to work.. you get it 4-6 weeks after your application for a derivative resident card...

Any news people, zambrano's derivative resident card, seems to be the longest to issue, maybe its because most people applying for zambrano had no leave to remain? :cry: ...its taking longer than article 8 applications... I hope we hear good news soon, because some people have been waiting since 201...

I did mine Jan this year, n received my coa on the 26th of Jan, so I am waiting for my drc aswell, I am just grateful not being illegal anymore...

Wow, so which do you fall under, since u applied as the primary carer of a British citizen? And are you the mum or dad of the British citizen?...(just trying to understand why you where not given the right to work)

Yes I do, but it was issued when my visa was still valid as a student.. so I suppose I can still use it then right? (Thanks prince74, its being long since we heard from you.. :)

yes I believe your application fell into the hands of someone who hates immigrants, because your case shouldn't have being refused, and pls if u are a christain, pray, if u are a Muslim, pray, if you are a budist pray( you get what I mean) I hope that your case is handled by a non bias person... fin...

what! that is just crap, they shouldn't refuse u at all, did you prove to them that you don't live with your partner? and in your post, did you mean " if you were refused your son won't have to leave with you" ? anyway i think you can appeal the decision, google it, this is just wrong, did...
