Thank you very for your time and reply. This is exactly my concern , if they write to say that they are providing me with accommodation then it means that I do not fulfil all the requirements: -proof that you can accommodate yourself if I require someone to provide this to me then I don't qualify ....

Hi all..just got an email from my lawyer saying my flr o application has been returned to her because HO want me to pay the application fee because they believe I am not destitute..My lawyer wants to argue that decision...should I let her go ahead with that or just try somehow to get the money toge...

Well they sent it to my solicitor who just sent me a copy instead of calling me... Anyway, they suggested I do flro and its the same old reasons.. But I can even be bothered to fight it anymore, zambrano has wasted my time... So I will just put in flro
