My Tier 1 Visa expires on 21 Dec.As per the 28 days ILR eligiblity window, Would I be eligible to apply for ILR on 23 Nov which is exactly 28 days as per the time and date calculator. As long as you prove that you have time till Jan 2013 with accountant letter and (or) HMRC Corporation tax acknowledgement with due date. You should be fine with it and you could pay it later as far as I know.

As far as I know U r consider as Self employed in before the eyes of UKBA, even though you are considered as employed before the eyes of your accountant or HMRC.
