Passport validity requirement for ILR

Hello

I am looking to apply for ILR for my dependents.
But my wife & son's passport expire on 6th Dec, 2016.

Question : Is there any minimum validity requirement for passport?

Urgent response will be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Reporting changes to HomeOffice

Might be a different case if you need to register with police but as i dont need to register with Police.

I went for extension last week and i had changed my address twice since my last extension & they never asked about the change of address.

Reporting changes to HomeOffice

I am going for extension at the end of this year.

Since my last extension, I have changed my address and renewed my passport.

Could some please guide whether we need to report these changes to Home office or it doesn't matter?

Appreciate your comments.

Thanks

The link which you have posted doesnt say about the passport being valid for six month or not. Becasue this is like a general thing that whenever you apply for a visa your passport should be valid for six months?
Is this not valid for tier01 G extension
