You would be eligible for PR only after 5 yrs. How can you be eligible for PR in Mar-14 when your visa started in Nov-09 and you entered in Mar-10..that's not 5 yrs

The qualifying period will always be counted from the date of entry clearance (08/jul/08).

I recently did appply for dependent visa for my new born (on Work Permit) on 9/11/12 using PEO @ Croydon. You have to pay first at ground floor after which you proceed for applciaiton on top floors in the UKBA building.
My 3 month old had biometric (Only photo, no finger prints or retina check)

I have an FLR(O) - Dependent visa appointment for my 3 month old baby tomorrow @ Croydon.
Could anybody tell me if UKBA would be doing biometrics for the 3 month old? If so then I will have to carry my baby with me.
