Ok. In that case, all your drawings will not count towards the investment.

So actually, your investment account should only show £40K. Not sure why your accountant has not deducted the earlier 8K

Thanks for the response. No specific reason was mentioned for transfer, but it is for personal expenses. Some further details: - Additional investment of £80K from an angel investor was recorded in Sep. 2021 - I withdrew around £8K from Feb.2022 - May 2022 from business account to personal account ...

Update... I have received £312 back to my account as an IHS refund for those 6 months that were automatically included while making the payment. Thanks marcnath yes the expiry date is mentioned in the approval letter which is for 3 years. Am sure this cannot be the case as the current visa was expiring on 03/05/2022 and I submitted the application on 26/04/2022.
