Re: confusion with FPS REPORT AND FPS

So, clearly this refers to the Monthly submissions. I don't see any reference to an FPS REPORT...

Re: DIRECTOR'S LOAN AGREEMENT

There are no requirements for witnesses. As this is a contract between the company and the Director, there are only two signatures needed - one is the lender (the Director/Entrepreneur) and the other is someone signing on behalf of the company (borrower). Both can be the same person - i.e. the Direc...

Re: Investment of funds question

I have another question with regards to the maintenance of funds (10 points) I made a counting error and turns out that even if I made my application on the last day of my current leave, it will only be 89 days as opposed to 90 days. That is a tough one. As Zimba pointed out, not worth taking the r...

Is this way okay?
Yes, perfect.
Just the terminology. The right way to say it is:
100 GBP per share
500 shares total
Total share capital: 50000 GBP
But I am sure your accountant has used the right terms in the report

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Question

You don't need to provide evidence for elements that you got points for in the extension. So, as you were awarded points for your investment, you don't need to submit that evidence again. But you still need points for two jobs maintained/created during your extension leave. And you have to provide d...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR Question

At least you know which solicitors to avoid if you need to use one.

The ILR application requires your to submit information on additional job creation, for example, that you could not have provided in the 1st extension - so there is no way you could have "showed them everything"

Re: tier1 entreprenuer visa extension AR and ilr(10 years)

As far as I can figure out, you need to have to make a new application within 14 days of the AR refusal and that has to be successful before you can apply for LR.

But the Gurus can correct me if I am wrong.
