Re: less than 10 employees when submitting an ILR applicatio

The requirement is that you should have had 10 full time jobs for 12 months. There is no requirement (for employment related points) that any of the jobs are existing or even that the business is ongoing at the the time of application. (though you may get enquiries on genuineness if that were to hap...

Whenever you see 50K or 200K, it always refers to the entry level. Extension is always the same as the original grant.

Re: Annual ac submitting after T1 50k Ex application

The requirement is to have the accountant's report. It is not linked to actual filing. - unaudited accounts, sometimes called management accounts; and - an accounts compilation report from a suitably regulated accountant who is not you (the applicant). Given that we are in 2017, not sure if you mean...

As Zimba said, you can combine multiple people to make up the 24 months and the condition is that it should be "during your most recent grant of leave". As it stands from your information, the one person who you have employed will not meet the 24 month requirement. Of course, if your busin...

I have no idea why they ask starting dates for continuing employment. I suspect it is just something the person(s) who drew up the guidance missed it. Some of the other points, such as investment or language requirements have clauses saying that evidence does not need to be submitted if it was part ...

The more important thing would be to have that person on UK Payroll, pay UK Taxes and NI and ideally have an UK address. i.e you are employing someone in the UK but allowing him to work from home (even if home i...

I am not an expert on this.

Not sure if that makes a differnece.
