one of my friend has to invite his family from india(wife,sons 11year and 16 year),he is on ILR,I want to know... which form they have to fill (settlement)VAF2 OR VAF 10 which visa they will get I mean for children under 18,direct ILR OR same as wife spouse (latest RULE is 5 year) URGENT PLEASE T H ...

i am applying for(tier 1) ILR on SET (O) IN NEXT couple of days,but i am confused for my family application,they joined me in jan 2011(almost 18 months with me in uk),which form i have to use,tier 1 PBS dependent extension or FLR (M).Is anybody suggest me plz?
