Applied for PSW

I sent my documents for PSW visa on 18 of March 2012, i received my acknowledgement letter on 7 of April and then Received my Biomatrics appointment letter on 16. I had my Biomatrics Appointment on 18 of April 2012. almost 3 months has passed and i am still waiting for their reply... can anyone plea...
