you must not be absent more than 90 days in a year (12 months) before the application of your naturalization . in case of settlement application, one can be absent more than 90 days but under 180 days in any 12 months period.

its better to pass the test now, i mean before 25 March and your test will be valid for unlimited time provided you keep your pass test certificate safe with you.

I need to qualify 75 points.
My very first hsmp application was approved dated 12/03/2008 and I got HSMP extension dated 26/03/2010.
Can you confirm please by keeping in view my above applications dates that I am right in my opinion of qualifying minimum. 75 points during my ilr application?
