Yes I do agree with Kevin24 statement. You should get help from this forum and go to either PEO or post your application via Post. Members in this forum are very gentle fellows and they help the people out. Solicitors do nothing(as in most of the cases applicants themselves prepare and arrange the p...

I personally think you don't need to fill it. according to my understanding this section is asking if you have any absence or absences of more than 180 days (6 months) in one single stretch.

what do you say seniors members please?

Re: more than 180 days absence in last 5 years

Hi Guys, I got HSMP visa on 14 Feb 2008 extended on 14 feb 2010 into Tier 1 general visa. My Tier 1 visa expires on 18 March 2013. However I will complete 5 years on 14 Feb 2013. I had 13 days paid absence in 2008, 28 days in 2009. I was out of UK in 2010 for 4 months and 10 days on unpaid leave la...

Dial this number 0870 606 7766 and listen the options carefully. you will be told to press the certain number to talk to the representative after keeping you on hold for some time of about 10 to 20 minutes (depends on the calls load)

Take all possible supporting evidence and documents with you but submit only those which are required. keep other documents (which you think can be supportive for your application) and provide if asked for.
Hopefully you will get decision same day if your case is simple.

Your documents list is fine to me.
How many age points you calimed at initial HSMP and at HSMP Extension?
Be careful I have seen one post in this forum having said that ukba did not award him same age points at his ilr application which he claimed at his initial HSMP EC time

Hey bro, here are my answers: 1. I used Mastercard credit card 2. I was employed 3. 30 (5 points) 4. 32 (0 points) 5. 35 (0 points) So I was not awarded exact same age points at all three applications. To be honest, I don't think it matters. As long as you have enough points in every application st...
