Hi there,

Wondering if anybody help me. I had my ILR last week and wife's application is on hold and my kid's visa going to expire on end of this month. Can I apply MN1 only based on my ILR if not then which form I need to use for Kid's ILR?

I don't know about (CEFR level B1) test and also don't want to take any more hassle. She already had 8 band in IELTS and will get required very easily. I've submitted above three but they put my application on hold and when I spoke to case worker she was checking in Point Calculator and didn't get any points for english

Case worker gave me PEO number. Should I contact her to know the update or asked her to consider NARIC and Uni Letter proofs?
