golden rule is "dont break rules" rules are to follow for your good

if the databases are integrated then your may automatically be cancelled if you cross 20 hrs limit

look ahead to have a bright future in australia for life rather than short buck

DOnt panic normally all buy return tickets as deals are generally cheap and are calculated on return basis.

so if it is cheaper to buy one way ticket it is best.

4) Is it really safe to send the Original documents via FedEx or BlueDart or DHL? Normally it is safe as far as Fedex is concedrned, but still a word of the liability, fedex will pay for only the cost of replacement of documents you insure, so it is your choice, HSMP also accepts Notarised photocopi...

I checked with the BC and it is not a problem. However, I am just concerned if this misspelled name is going to give me any trouble while applying for NI number or driving license or with employers.

Has any one experienced this please?

Thanks

Name misspelled on EC

My name is misspelled on EC .

Do I need to correct this immediately going to BC? Or Can I just leave it like that?

Will I have any trouble while landing in UK if I do not correct it?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Kuog.

hi

If I may add, I would like to bring it your notice that HSMP team requires proof of earnings in atleast two forms like, pay stubs for the 12 months period, Income tax returns and employer reference stating salaries.

rules are pretty simple and straight forward in all matters of HSMP

hi

Reservation in the form of Itinary is a must, but please keep in mind that EC does not have any liability and they dont guarantee the visa decision.SO they advice not to buy tickets but to just book and do not go for NON refundable tickets booking.

Thank you Chess for the info.

When will the baby be eligible for ILR status? Can this be done independent of our HSMP->ILR sequence?

Also, what are the available ways for the baby to get naturalisation or citizenship down the road?

Are there any HO documents to cover the above issues?

Thanks
