By legal separation my status remains Married, so I will still be British person's spouse.

Thanks for the reply. I arrived in the UK on 27 September 2010. I read on the UKBA website as long as your status is married, you can apply for citizenship after 3 years as long as eligibility criteria is satisfied. Average time to get NICOP for a British baby.

I want to travel to Pakistan in early June ( I am a Pakistani and baby is British). I am confused whether I should apply for visit visa or NICOP for my baby to visit Pakistan. Visa costs £140 and NICOP costs £40.

Can members post NICOP processing time so I can have some idea.
