Date of your application with your recorded delivery tracking number is all you need to send additional document to HO

According to the gurus
PR is equivalent to ILR
So use your PR status when it's says ILR

All legal residence qualifies, so assuming you meet all the standard requirements, KOL, B1 English etc, you can apply for BC now. I also just made NCS appointment for 9th Jan
And I was told I can only reschedule the appointment once and that can only be done by giving 48 hours notice
So maybe you can call them 48hours prior to the date you were given to rebook this to a more suitable date!!
