My question, once my daughter is registered as a UK citizen, does she need to apply for NATURALIZATION once she turns 18 to remain Br...

Residential qualifying period reduction from 5 to 3 years

Hello, We (my wife, daughter and I) are currently on ILR (Indefinite leave to remain) since May 2014. I will be applying for my naturalisation next month as I am meeting all the requirements. My wife is with me in the UK from the last 8 years, previously we were on Tier-1 (G) visa and before that on...

Re: ILR Success @ Liverpool, 19-06-2014, Tier 1(G)+2 dependa

I think P60 is not a requirement.

However, it is the evidence of being engaged towards "paying taxes" or "economically active", which is a requirement (I suppose). Hope it helps.

ILR Success @ Liverpool, 19-06-2014, Tier 1(G)+2 dependants

Hi Everyone, This forum has helped me a lot to achieve my ILR. If I can give back something… is my experience of today! My application for ILR on Tier 1 (G) route was successful today 19th June 2014 @ Liverpool PEO. First Tier 1 (G) granted: 16/07/2009 (I was in UK, finished my PhD in London and swi...

The cohab proof is only for partner, not for children. No document is required.

No option for ILR in online PEO appointment booking system

Dear All, I am trying to book a PEO appointment online for ILR. We (including 2 dependants) are on Tier 1 (G) visa and require just 1 SET(O) form. Now, when I select SET(O) form option while booking PEO appointment on the first screen, I come to the 2nd screen with the following question: Which cate...

Re: SET(O) or SET(M) for two dependants

Thanks again Amber and Chandra. I was observing section 10 and I realised the form is asking full details (including location of finger prints given). Such information is not required for dependants anywhere in SET(O) form which prompted my original query.

Once again, many thanks for all your time!

SET(O) or SET(M) for two dependants

Dear All, Apologies for a very simple question. I am on Tier 1 (G) since June 2009 and applying for ILR next month. I intend to go for the PEO application. We are all applying for ILR together and have BRPs. My wife (my dependant) and 3 yr old daughter (my dependant) are with me in the UK since 2008...
