1) Do i need to apply naturalization for my wife and second baby (born outside UK) at the same time.

2) Can the application be made 90 days in advance (My wife is on ILR since March 2013 but has been away for 180 days last year)

Just got a call from UKBA saying that everything is completed and will get my passports in 3 working days and biometric card within 5 or 7 days.

My wife was with me since the day i landed in UK (June 2008). But within this 4+ years she is away for almost 175 days.

1) Now she is planning to go to india along with my baby for around 30 days. Is this fine?

2) Since my baby is born here in UK is she eligible for UK citizenship once i get my ILR

Thanks for the response once again.

My wife is on my Tier 1 general HSMP dependent visa.

Next year when I apply for ILR, will she be my ILR dependent OR can i apply her under normal ILR ? Does she have to meet 180 days criteria ?

Thank you all for the quick response.

Does Council tax receipts a must for ILR? As from past 4+ years my bills are included in the rent i pay to my owner.

I am registered in the council and i vote in every election. I do not have any employment gaps. I do have P60 forms for all 4+ years.
