Check your qualification in PBS calculator if Point base calculator awarding you minimum 20 points for qualification and 10 points for english language then you need only PBS print out and Degree certificate to prove your English language.

UKBA release appointments up-to maximum 42 days in advance if you are looking any appointment around 16/04 then you might have to wait until mid of Feb .

No maintenance funds required in ILR Age and qualification points remains same unless you gain new qualification , with reference to earnings you need to meet the same threshold as you previously meet in Tier 1 G applications and additionally you need to meet KOLL requirement . https://www.gov.uk/go...
