This is definitely not true. Our marriage is less then two years and my application was successful. However to be on the safe side you need to provide evidence for your relationship for the last 3 years (bank statements, bills, est.)

Hope this helps and good luck

HI AxA, I am Bulgarian and my HSMP application was approved after the visa scandal. I don't think that the resent complications with visa applications from Bulgaria and Romania had any implications on the decision process. If you have provided all the relevant documents and they are genuine you don'...

Thanks TM,

5-6 weeks sounds quite a lot...

But still, do you think that ones your application is with the in-country team for FLT, it means that it was successful in terms of HSMP team assessment?

Thanks

Decision reached what next?

Hi guys!! I have just been informed over the phone that a decision has been reached for my application and my passport is submitted to the in-country team to decide on my leave to remain. Does this mean that the HSMP decision is positive? I was thinking that it doesn’t make since for the in-country ...

Good news finally,

However it seems that we are better informed than the visa officers. I have just spoken with HSMP officer who assured me that HSMP applications from Bulgaria are yet on hold.
I guess it will take them a day or to be informed :)

Yes, no cost, but you ca do it only for an existing number.
You need to ask BT to send you a new, updated copy of the bill with the new name on it. This way you will receive it straight away, otherwise need to wait till you next billing date.

Cheers

There is very easy thing you can do. Just ask BT to include your name in the phone bill of the friend you are staying with and to send you a copy of the bill with both names. It usually takes no more than 5 working days for the new bill to arrive - and that will solve all your problems with the bank...

If you submit your application before 15-06-1976 you need to use the under 28 years application form and you will be able to claim the extra points for younger age. If you submit it after that date you will need to use the other form

Cheers

mail notifications

Hi all,

I have noticed that some of the people who got their HSMP application approved have received an e-mail notification from the HSMP team. I was wondering is this customary or is it rather an exception?

Thanks is advance
