Hey guys,

If my original name on birth certificate is different to my current name, Do I need to submit my deed poll?

My surname is different other than that I still have the same first name.

Please can someone tell me how old do the documents have to be dated when applying for UK Spouse Visa? I am in the process of getting all my documents ready for December i.e employment letter etc. Example is it last 6 months, 3 months or 1 month?

When applying for spouse visa from India, Do I have to submit my passport as I am the sponsor or will I have to get my passport copies certified? reason is I will be requiring my passport for travel back to the UK, Do I have to certify passport copies with a solicitor?
