Does it also mean that one may have WP issued e.g. Jule, 1 and then after receiving HSMP on the 1st of August just switch visa.

I will join you guys in this question ..my boss declined my request about ref. letter .. nevertheless I have payslips and another "personal" reference from the customer, for whom I am currently working.

I have the similar situation with my work experience, part of it was during the period I studied at the university.

In the reference letter from that company I have note "full time” ...

Hope it will work, as it worked for Australian assessment centre.
