just for info..you wife can also apply on Tier1,2 & 5 extension visa even though you got ILR approved.
I had similar case, i applied for my wife extension after 1 week of my ILR approved.

FLR(M) is also option but Tier1,2 & 5 extension is more simpler.

english test not required for Tier 1 dependent visa....and as i told when i booked appointment i selected FLR(M)..but went for Tier 1 application. No one objected.

Personally i believe all understand recent FLR(M) and PBS extension mess, so it does not matter...

If you applying by post, please make sure make clear cover letter metioning that why your wife applying on Tier 1,2 and 5 extension. that will help case worker to understand the clear reason. 2nd cohabitation. Hello mate...

My ILR approved week before(Tier1 + HSMP) and my wife application as PBS dependent was yesterday..Everything went smooth and she got visa within 2 hour....
Do not worry, you can apply as i checked this twice with case worke when i went for ILR.

What did you enter. Did you enter VAF no on passport stamp?

2. Other name B9 of from.

About traffic offense. i checked with one of legal adviser, i got 3 points and £60 few years back...It is OK to mention in form. It will not affect application as it is not criminal offense.

I filled form and i have mentioned in form.

Thanks for feedback. I read the link and i am saying same thing that she is not completed her 2 years qualifying period , so she will go for FLR(M).

My wife visa expire same as my visa on 3rd week of November. I have checked that link. and according that My wife has not completed 2 years yet , so she needs to apply for FLR(M). Is that correct?
