Hi ..i am holding five year residence card as a family member of eea national...can i claim benefits because i am unemployed at the moment...my wife is in uk for last six year and she work continuosly and still working...

...because they said there is expiry date on my residence card which is Nov 2017.... There is an expiry date on most things like passports, visas, residence cards, etc. my passport expiry date 2019,resident expiry date 2017. I think they want permanent residence card to travel...but according to la...

Were you trying to board together with your wife? Who did deny boarding? The ferry company? If travelling together with your wife, you don't need a visa. The RC is enough. we were travelling together..they let us in first but during the check in time she called us back and told me that we recieved ...

what to do with eea2?

well i submitted my app on 4th of july 2012...its been 6 months nd i have nt recieve my documents or passport from home office ..i rang them they said you need to write letter to homeoffice about the outcome of ur application...m really furious..any advice pls ..what should i write to home office?..

i sent my EEA2 25th june and received by home office on 26 th june now it has been more than 3 months but there is no answer even COA. i call HO to find out whats going on but they say they cant give any information up to 6 months..im worried i dont what i should do.. call them ..and asked for one....

try to call them every 7 days and remind them about your application..they will send your coa in 2 months..keep calling them every week

yes certainly you can apply for National insurance number. You need to call their helpline and take appointment. first of all thanks guys for helping me... i made my application three months ago..i have recieved my coa 3 days ago..i m bit scared that they gonna refuse my application as marriage of inconvience ,as i seen in so many cases at immigration board forums cos they need proof that marriage is geniune.....
