Many Thanks

Also what sort of accommodation proof (own 2 bed flat) I need to submit as one of the supporting documents? I know its not a

Thanks,
Suresh

Tier 1 dependent and family visitor visa

Hi,

Just a quick question.

My status is ILR.
Can i apply for Tier 1 dependent child visa and father's family visitor visa from india TOGETHER at the same time?
Or it should be one after the other?

Thanks,
Suresh

Re: Tier-1 Dependant validity period

Hi,

How long is your baby's visa valid for? is it in-line with your wife's visa or yours?

Re: Tier 1 dependent visa for wife and ILR for me

Per my experience, you need separate applications and appointments for your ILR and wife's PBS dependent visa. You can have your appointments on the same day, one for you in the morning and one for your wife in the evening which is what I did.
Hope it helps.

Are PBS dependent extensions good enough to apply for Settlement (SET O) after 5 years or she has to move to FLR(M) before applying for settlement?

Thanks,

I think FLR(M) is valid for 30 months. Not sure about Tier 1 dependent extension.

Also not sure which route is the best for settlement (SET M)?

Thanks
