So I assume this is the date she started to excise her treaty rights as worker..
She did some part time job earlier than this date, maybe I could her pay slips that I have when she started..

It is very interesting to see the fee being returned. Did you ask for this specifically or did the judge do so of their own accord? No I did not ask for the refund. Yes. The only page that has a stamp is the Indian visa on it. A complete copy of the passport was included with the application.

I have replied to the ECM's email quoting the Policy teams email with the attachment and marked the policy team in the email.

Apart from this I have separately emailed the policy team attaching the refusals and the ECM's email reply's.

I have been told that the European Operational Policy Team do not comment on individual cases, or ECO/ECM decisions.
