Alhamdulillah my passport and docs were returned today. ILR granted on the 18th of December. I am waiting for the BRP, which I think will arrive tomorrow. Here is my timeline again. Applied: 20th July 2012, received by HO 23rd July Acknowlegement letter: dated 8th August, received by me 14th August....
