your stay since June 2010 till date is continuous in UK.. but on your timelines.. i see more visits to India after June 2010...

Be specific..!

**You can apply for ILR in March 2015 and your have to stay in UK from today till Feb 2015 (in & around).

As far as i know, your 5 year stay would complete on 23 July 2014.
You may need to apply for 3rd Extension for the shortfall.

if the application gets rejected after the visa expiry, then you have right to appeal within UK and can continue your stay. whilst the case is active, you can re-apply (but within 28days after the visa expired date), but not before the appeal.

i advise you to read the lines again, it clearly mentioned that, if an applicant made (Submit) his/her application after 28 days of expiry of the current visa, then he/she must leave the country and can re-apply from outside UK.
You do not fall in this CATEGORY.
