When Can I apply?

Hi I am thinking of apply for BC on the basis of spouse of a British Citizen.

I arrived on my spouse 2 years visa on 03/06/2010

Can I apply on 03/06/2013?

Does the arrival date counts as a day of qualifying period?

If I apply on 03/06/2013 through NCS, what is my application date?

Thanks

How to get a EEA family member residence card

Hi, I have IRL in UK and hold Biometric RC.
Wife is British and I am a Non-EEA national.
I seem to need an EEA Family member residence card to travel with her to Europe without a visa. Can I get one here?

Referees

Hi all my question is on the requirement of referee who have known you MORE than 3 years. I have been here exactly 3 years so people here only have known me for just 3 years, what is meant by more, how long is that more. 3 years and a month, or 3 years an one days?!! :?:
