Travel with ILR while Naturalisation Application in Process?

Hello,

Can I travel with my existing ILR while my Naturalisation application is in process? I ask as I know it is not possible to travel to outside UK while you have a visa application in process with the Home Office. However what is the rule with naturalisation?

Many thanks.

Re: Spouse Visa Documents Checklist

All,
I would be highly grateful if you could comment on whether the above list of documents are sufficient, or whether in your opinion I would need additional documents?
Appreciate your support.

Hello, I have recently received ILR in the UK through Tier-2 General. I have 2 questions regarding the spouse visa. Re: Procurator Fiscal Warning ILR SET(O) - 2019

Question B: what is your pay each month after income tax and other deductions? Is this figure which is shown on my payslips after all tax & pension deductions? I have just applied for ILR through SET(O) online form as well and I was not asked this question! All that the form asked me to fill in...

Re: SET O Online Application Form

Thank you very much for your reply Zimba. Does that mean it should be fine to submit SET O online application and upload all other documents except LIUK result and scan the result to be uploaded by UKVCAS caseworker during my appointment? Also, is it okay to have a 2 weeks gap between online applic...

Re: PR Help

I think you can combine the time in Tier-1 General & Tier-2 General to meet the 5 years requirement. However, note that there has been many rejections for Tier-1 General recently if the home office sees a discrepancy between the income declared in Tier-1 General visa and the income declared to H...

I also have the same question - has anyone been able to see priority appt. availability yet? The earliest I can apply for ILR is October 17th, and I was also planning on doing the Super priority service. Hi, Did you try today? Are you able to chose super priority. I did try again today, but extreme...

Evidence Upload for Previous Visa Refusals?

Hello, I am asking this question for a friend of mine who has just applied for a new Tier-2 visa for change of employment in the UK. Re: Life In The UK

PhD student is still a student and subject to student visa conditions. It is not working. The PhD bursary is not subject to tax or national insurance. You have made the correct decision not to include it as part of the work history.

Re: Shortage Occupation Lists Massively Exapanded

Additionally, PhD level occupations are now exempted (excluded) from the restricted COS cap.

The 180 days absences limit for Tier-2 ILR will also not apply to PhD-level workers as per table-1 of Appendix J provided that the absence has been directly related to their research activity.

As Zimba has correctly advised you, your UK-born baby will be directly entitled to British Citizenship once one of the parents receive ILR. You do not need to apply for any visa unless you and your baby want to travel abroad before you apply for your ILR. Only in order to travel to outside UK, you n...

I have done my test there. Don't worry about the google maps, I thinks it's just too old as the entrance was looking a bit different. You will find it. Just go a bit earlier to be sure, they will the test sooner if you are already there. I had to wait in a queue!

Re: Salary in Appendix J and Working Hours

Thank you for the prompt response. So this means if a certificate of sponsorship is issued for say 35 hours a week work, then the salary must be at least 35/39th of what is mentioned in Appendix J for that SOC. Correct?
