i have visa entry clearance from 14 aug 12 to 13 feb 13 as academic visitor. i arrived in the uk on 8 sept 12. does this mean i have to leave on or before 13th feb or can i stay for 6 months until march? thanks for info

If you are granted Tier 5 leave (outside the UK) you can't, later, switch into Tier 4. You will have to leave the UK to apply for leave to enter. Does this also apply to applying for tier 5 leave to enter after being in the UK as a visitor (student or academic)? How long will it take to apply again?
