The first day you entered into the UK on the qualifying visa(i.eTier1, Tier 2 Workpermit etc) is what you should mention in the SET O form. The 5 year period is calculated backward from the date of your application.

Hi, On PBS calculator select Tier 1 general, extending your stay in UK then continue with the PBS options as normal. Hi Yangma_rai,

We recently had our ILR application successful.

If the degree is recognised in the PBS calculator you can take a print of the points awarded for it as proof of English at B1 level.

Hi ,

Our Application was successful. The unpaid absences would not be a concern .

As long as you do not have absences beyond 180 days you need not worry. However to be on safe side I have submitted medical certificate for that period.
