Not many people know about ILE, to the extent that even many ECO's are not aware of it so they often make a mistake by issuing regular spouse visa instead of ILE.

It's ben abolished in the new rules, but I applied under the old rules.

Sarah how can you apply for a settlement VISA without a Sponsor in the UK? Doesn't make sense to me. Which VISA category did you apply under? Who is the sponsor? Working days

Hey guys,
Just wanted to ask, when calculating working days do you use UK or Pakistan working days? Pakistan has has had a lot more holidays than the UK.

What I think it means is that only 34% of applications were processed within 120 days and the rest 66% are still pending...

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that UKBA has updated the processing times for Sept. Was quite slow in Sept, for ex only 27% Karachi applications processed within 120 days...
