Not many people know about ILE, to the extent that even many ECO's are not aware of it so they often make a mistake by issuing regular spouse visa instead of ILE.

It's ben abolished in the new rules, but I applied under the old rules.

Sarah how can you apply for a settlement VISA without a Sponsor in the UK? Doesn't make sense to me. Which VISA category did you apply under? Who is the sponsor? I applied on July 4th from Karachi.
In Process 17/7/12

What I think it means is that only 34% of applications were processed within 120 days and the rest 66% are still pending...
