Hi all,

My IRL was approved yesterday without any problems. I even did not need to show the cover letter or the letter from the bank. You can find the whole story here:

I wish you luck in your applications!

ILR success with 290 days absences and a CCJ

Hi all, Finally after two months preparation and 50 days waiting for my appointment, our (me and my wife's) application at Croydon PEO was approved today; thank God. I would like also to thank members of this forum for sharing their views and experiences, especially senior members and moderators for...

Hi Bigchemist, I hope you get your IRL soon! Your experience should be interesting for users of the forum. I am taking all possible documents with me to show that I initially applied in time (post office receipts and UKBA acknowledgement letter) and to show that the bank declined my payment (a lette...

Hi gbaba, Congratulations! It's great to hear about your success. I am on the same boat; my application for Tier 1 in Jan-2011 was made invalid due to declined card payment and I overstayed by 13 days. Full details can be found in this post: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=110302&am...

IRL application with a gap due to payment issues

Hi, I have an appointment to apply for IRL at Croydon PEO on 21-Aug. My case is not straightforward; there is a 13 days gap in my continuous stay because once my bank declined my payment to Home Office. I would appreciate your comments on my case and the documents that I have prepared to support my ...

Hi Smam, Thanks for your reply! I have contacted UKBA, but the agent told me that they cannot access my booking. She suggested changing the details online but I informed her that this facility is not provided. Now, I am afraid that I have to cancel my appointment, which is on 21-Aug, and book anothe...

two dependants on booking but one on the application form

Hi, I have made a booking to apply for IRL for myself, my wife and my son. After I read the useful discussions in this forum with regards to the child born in the UK, I decided to leave my son out of the IRL application. Now, my question is that will the PEO (Croydon) accept my appointment as the nu...
