TB screening was once compulsory from Indian settlement applications. This has been removed from the requirement for a few years now. The process is going to be introduced again by the UKBA.

I work for an Indian IT company and I too am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa. I was also applying for visa for my parents online today and had the same doubt.

So here is the question will i require to book flights /insurance etc?

i know what a statement of earning could be, its just a twisted name for something you dont really need if you have payslips which are more than enough.
