Thanks Guys,

I have gone through this form and it seems like it's only for those people who are on Tier 1,2,4 and 5. I am already on ILR and will be applying for Naturalization in two months time.

Naturalisation is based on the 5 years residence immediately prior to application. So it is 1 year on ILR and 4 years on visa. You can apply exactly 12 months from the date you were granted ILR and also make sure that you were physically present on the exact date in 2009 that HO receives your appli...

The child can apply for a British passport from India but doing so he will lose his Indian citizenship. if it's needed then i can include utility bills it's not a problem but it's not mentioned anywhere in guidance.

As far as i know the main requirement is for maintainence fund for PBS dependent visa.
