8 Months completed....Still Waiting .....

Called home office last week, still the same answer and they told me that they are processing October applications now...

What is the ESOL Level Required for

1.Spouse Visa

2.ILR Dependent Visa


Is that ESOL A1 Level is enough for both Applications..? or should get B2 Level for ILR application..?
