Virat, Till I know through reading about Taxes, HMRC wont be able to help you based on Pay Slips and Bank Statements. They want Tax money and will keep showing your income as £7200 until they get tax on additional £10,800. Since HMRC wont change their records, UKVI might hesitate in granting ILR. It...
Mohsin, You have a very valid point that why should you pay again. Employer was holding funds for HMRC and it was them who absconded with the funds. You have got Payslips and Bank statements showing transfer of Funds from that Employer to your bank account, which would help. Unfortunately you don't ...
Didn't you asked your employer for P60 when you were working with them and P45 (assuming you left that employment)?
This is 3rd or 4th case like this we are reading about. Might need to be highlighted more and everyone need to cross check their payslips with the P60s every year.
Which ever one is recognized by NARIC and was taught in English Language.
Assuming both are recognized and were taught in English, you can get either Bachelors or Masters or Both certified, its your choice. All you need is to Prove English Language skills at B1 Level.
As Senior members pointed out there is no where any requirement to submit Drivers' license. Having said that, I used it as a Proof of Cohabitation (same address showing on both licenses). Also if you have a Driving related conviction that needs to be disclosed. My wife did not have a FPN but was off...
Santhoap, Sorry for a late response. Earnings in last 12-15 months do matter. You need to prove your earnings in last 12 of 15 month period to earn enough points required for your. Total of your points score from Earning, Qualification, Age and UK Experience should meet the required total points cri...
In m opinion this should not be deception. It is possible to have amendments and HMRC wouldn't allow you credit just because you claimed it.
Also the point is, even if you claimed 36K in the first instance, your visa would have been renewed anyways.
That's my opinion.
Best of Luck

Sir, If you have payslips and Bank statements showing in-coming credit from your ex-employer than I believe you have a ground to stand on (you have a case). However I think case will be against the directors of the Company and not the Company itself. Company was an artificial person who no longer ex...
Hi Everyone, Good Evening, I am trying to fill in Form MN1 for my 7month old child, who was born in UK. We have got ILR after he was born so we will apply under section 1(3) using form MN1. I am a bit confused with question 2.1 which asks the following 'If the Child is resident in UK, please give da...
Will making a fresh application solve the issue. If your employers have not paid the tax, it will still unpaid .... isn't it? Or am I missing a point here?
What about your following:
1. marriage certificate
2. Do you have children? if Yes, then their Birth Certificates
3. Letters from Home office? You must have received them in Oct 2013 when you renewed your Tier 2 Visa
Many thanks for your response. it clears my confusion
Just one follow up question. If Mother and Father have different nationalities, in Question 1.9 we can write nationality of either parent ..... is that correct?
Again many thanks for a response on Sunday, Bless you.
Thanks

Hi Everyone, I hope I am posting the question in the correct forum. We have very recently got ILR. We have a 7 month old boy and want to apply to register him as British and then get him a British Passport. Child does not have any passport at the moment i.e. no passport from either parent's home cou...
Gabrielle, Noajthan's advice is correct and very useful. you wont win by arguing with Immigration authorities. Me and My wife are both first language English speakers (especially my wife does not know any other language other than English) but we were required to provide Proof of English. B1 SELT ce...
from reading your post I believe your friend got a Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN). Though it is a criminal offence but not a conviction and therefore wouldn't affect the outcome of an ILR application. If you can tell, through which visa route your friend is applying for ILR, it would make it possible to...
Well it is a Bank and they should give you the service you need.
Either they should print your statements on bank stationery or stamp them. they might charge you for it but I don't see why should they refuse.
if the Bank statements printed by the bank on regular Bank stationery, that is acceptable.
Some Banks print them out on plain paper and they look like statements printed off internet. If that is the case then request the bank to stamp the printed statements.
Cheers
