Has anyone actually had their application for sponsorship approved recently??? Have they finished July applications, or are they still being considered? Anyone applying in August heard owt yet??? (It's all well and good hearing from people applyign recently, but my company applied over 4 months ago...

Thanks for your reply I am in very difficult situation my visa is going to expire in first week of Feb 2013 and still waiting for sponsorship license then again its taking long time to allocate COS. Hi there, My employer has got an sponsorship license for ICT and they wanted to sponsor me under Tier 2 general and they have applied for it with UKBA. my question is do they treat this request same as other applications like new sponsor license? Is there any time frame for processing this request?...

Hello, My company has applied for license last week and they told me that they have requested for 40 unrestricted COS . Is it possible that all 40 will get sanctioned along with the license? Because I have heard only one unrestricted COS will be given initially. Thanks for your reply. 40 ? Why >

We have applied for the licence in last week of september...My visa expires on 15th December 2012..i am so worried..what should I do? Hi guys,

I will be applying for T2 General in next week or so. Just a quick question.

When filling up details in COS what should I put as start date ?

My current visa (PSW) expires on 1st April 2013.

Currently it takes upto 3-4 months.

If it is permanent then 3 years.

Since you are on PSW then you need un-restricted COS (You are also exempted from RLMT).
