I am now just making my query as short as possible and it would be my last post in this regards,

Would I be disqualified for ILR if I mention that I got a police caution just because of domestic violence ??

Have you claimed any business income ?
May be your work permit letter issued by HO initially.

Hi, It's an ahead plan for me. I am here under Tier-1 , and am subject to apply for a ILR in coming July 2013.I have a unspent conviction which lasts till 2015.In this case I am not eligible for ILR.So could you someone guide me how do I will extend my visa until 2015 ? will you be allowed to stay until you spend your conviction period which is 2014 without any extension?
