BRP after Indian passport renewal

Hi,

My wife is in ILR. She had renewed her Indian passport last week.
I read through the forum and understood that there is no need to update BRP post Indian passport renewal.
Can you confirm whether my understanding is correct.

Thanks!

Re: Child born abroad

NARIC needs MOI which looks like more work and time consuming. I had a look into forum about the option to submit B1 test result as an alternative. Can you confirm whether this has been accepted and ILR approved for the applicants before. If yes, do I need to select the option 'NO' for the language ...

Re: Child born abroad

I am currently working on the ILR for my wife and child.

I need clarification on the cohabitation documents. I bought a property in joint ownership with my wife in April 2019. Can I provide the mortgage document as proof for cohabitation or should it be the mortgage payment statement?

Re: PBS Depenedent VISA app by post

Hi, IHS surcharge is showing up as £1500 each and in total £3000. I got bit shocked to see the number as I was expecting £1200 or below for each of them. New VISA issued on 25 Sep 2015 and expires on 02 Feb 2018. Then I read that excess amount will be refunded automatically. Will this happen after t...
